The pretty ‘Nanao’ shawl by Marianne Munier

A cloud of softness and warmth! I’m delighted to share with you today the release of the new ‘Nanao’ shawl by our friend Marianne Munier @mar.gue.nee.

Marianne has chosen to use the pretty cables and lace pattern from her ‘Nanao’ cardigan in this triangular shawl where it alternates with large strips of garter stitch for an interesting knit that’s not too complicated!

The Nanao shawl is a symmetrical triangular shawl. It is knitted from the base to the tip, increasing on either side of the central stitch with a slightly offset pattern for a pleasantly supple, enveloping effect.

For her version, Marianne chose the generous softness of Ulysse in the beautiful ‘nuit’ colour, which highlights the pattern very well.

For our part, we opted for a vaporous version in Bérénice, featherweight (70 g !) and very chic, in the gourmand ‘prune’ colour.

Our version is knitted in Bérénice “prune”
