Pretty “Nikki” yoke sweater by Nadia Crétin-Léchenne

The year starts here under the sign of friendship and colors with the release of “Nikki”, a lovely sweater with a jacquard yoke created by Nadia @ncl_knits in Ulysse!

Seamlessly knitted from the neckline with a beautiful three-color yoke and delicate reminders on the bottom of the sleeves and the body, it is a perfect pattern to enjoy the pleasure of knitting in color while remaining of medium difficulty.

For her sample, Nadia chose to combine the main colour ” sauge ” with ” confiture de rose ” and ” plume ” for the contrasting colours. A harmony that is both soft and well contrasted that suits her very well!

Pattern: “Nikki” by Nadia Crétin-Léchenne available in French and English on Ravelry
Yarn: Ulysse (Arles merino and black Portuguese merino, woolen spun,185 m /50 g), 4 to 8 balls for the main colour and 1 ball for each contrasting colour.

On our side, we were curious to try harmonies with the new ” cacao ” color:

Harmony 1, warm and contrasting: ” cacao ” as main colour, ” poivre blanc ” as contrasting colour 1 and ” érable ” as contrasting colour 2

Harmony 2, cooler and more mellow: “eucalyptus” in CP, “quartz” in CC1 and ” cacao” in CC2

Thank you Nadia for this new wonder! You can discover the wonderful versions of her test-knitters on Ravelry !
