I am very happy to share with you today the beautiful “Super Moon” sweater that the talented Veera Välimäki created for Gilliatt!
Imagined in the heart of winter dreaming of snow and inspired by the reflection of the moon in the flakes, this is a magnificent cabled sweater, generous and spectacular, which is knitted with patience and attention and cherished season after season.
We find what made Veera’s success since its first models: an addictive and efficient construction, without any seam from the neckline, some short rows and an attention to details that sublimates these cables and gives them a very modern and graceful look.
The cut is straight and generous, the raglan armholes fall perfectly and the slightly turned up collar is particularly cosy.
We have worked on a French version so that everyone can enjoy it and I hope you will like this moonlit walk 🙂
