Making plans again

As knitting yarns, although very precious in our lives, are not essential products, we decided on March 16th to suspend our shipments in order to relieve the strain on the postal services and to allow our logistics partner in charge of preparing your orders to put in place the protective measures needed to continue its activity.

Today, the postal service is operating at 70% capacity and has reorganised its collections and deliveries to ensure team rotation. Our logistics partner is now operational with a team reduced by half, made up of volunteer employees, and workstations adapted for their protection and the safe preparation of your orders.

In view of these developments, and because, more than ever, it is precious to be able to look to the future and refocus on a creative and comforting project, the boutique is once again open for shipments to France only.

During this period, parcels are limited to 1kg and, exceptionally, postage is free from €29 instead of €79.

Returns are extended to 45 days instead of 15 days after receipt of your order.

The spinning mill is still closed, which means we can’t restock at the moment. We are all hoping for a resumption of normal activity by mid-May.

For orders from abroad, most of our distributors are offering their products online during this period; you can find a list of shops around the world that carry our yarns on the website.

Today we are all going through an ordeal that is shaking us deeply and that will undoubtedly shape part of tomorrow’s world. Continuing to make beautiful things is also a way of being at one with the world, resisting what is being undone, becoming aware of what we are capable of and cultivating a beneficial serenity.

Thank you for your kindness and encouragement during these strange weeks.

Take good care of yourselves and see you soon!

Solenn
